Economic globalization and regional economic integration is the two major contemporary trends in world economic development. Since the 90s of the 20th century, economic globalization, regional groups, the main theme of the era of the relationship between the city and had a profound impact. Urban development has the potential depends not only on its own, but more by the urban region had the background of the region. In particular, the city's development depends on the area they belong to the role of economic globalization. Therefore, the integration and coordination of development have become the mainstream of modern urban relationships. Because the city only to face the competition with each other, but also need to face global competition in other areas to the overall effort to compete, no doubt the city to survive in the competitive environment to grow the inevitable choice.In the 21st century, the coordinated development between cities has become increasingly important. How to promote the coordinated level of cities is a key to urban development. The one hand, the local government to promote economic competition in the market process of accelerating and improving the quality of public goods, the other side also caused a waste of resources and administrative monopoly. How do we promote the city's cooperation, to avoid the negative impact of competition, the search for coordinated development of cities within the region of the Road, to promote the coordinated development of regional economy in China has a positive and important practical significance.This research is based on the current context of regional economic integration, from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, we research the causes, characteristics, effects, solutions of the regional competition, by studying these problems, we concludes:Construction of a multi-center, with a total capacitive interests, to selectively stimulate the development of a new model of common, and ultimately to intergrate the cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. For the elimination fragmented, redundant construction, vicious competition and the expense of three regional cities to provide feasible suggestions. This coordination mode of the carrier state established by the central government to run the Steering Committee and the City Group of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the city government of three regional groups also establish Steering Committee. For the mechanism running effectively, We should reform the concept of city governance and the promotion of changes in administrative functions, establish a mechanism for regional cooperation and regional regulatory assessment and inter-regional development financial transfer payment system. This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the study of regional competition, sort out and summarize the relevant theory, and set the angle of the article. In the second chapter I aralysis the competition of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. In the third chapter I study from the perspective of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and find the system of competitive reasons. In the fourth chapter I discussed the current cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and analysis of some current to avoid the need to avoid competition point of view. Chapterâ… introduces the overseas experience and lessons learned regional governance. I proposed in Chapterâ…¥to promote the region and effective governance.
