The Middle East is located in junction of three continents,including Europe ,Africa and Asia,and connect all over the world. It has advantaged strategic status and abundant energy resources. Also is the cradle of Christian,Judaism and Islam.The Middle East has important strategic position,and always been contested by states.Also, because of the complex geopolitical relations and religious, the region is the world's hot spots,has been long-term concerned.After the second world war, the United States relies on its political, economic and military power,which is growing up in the war, had become the world's Hegemonic power and through establishing the strategy of "contain" Soviet union and dominate the world, began interference in Middle East.After the break-up of the Soviet union, the United States has achieved the dominant position in the Middle East, and constantly strengthen to control the Middle East , to maintain its global hegemony. After September 11th,the country was attacked Seriously and many people dead,terrorism is the most threat of the United States.The Bush government began to pursued "unilateralism" on global policy, especially in the Middle East, with force to combat terrorism to protect the security of the country.Bush has arised the war in Afghanistan and Iraq . Because of Bush government's "American unilateralism" policy, always use force to solve the problems in the Middle East, arouses Arab Islamic people anti-American sentiment and hatred American. Although the United States has its global superpower and military power, the United States in the Middle East is still in a powerful position while the leading position in the Middle East is weakened. In the late of Bush period , he modified his Middle East policy many times, but just gimmick and adjust the tactical changes and no substantial changes.The first,after obama became the president, he facing the complex situation in Middle East, began to reformed the bush administration's policy , he belive that to contact and dialogue with the Middle East countries , replacing bush government period of force, in order to ease U.S. in the Middle East in place of unfavorable position. The second way to solve this is mainly from israeli-palestinian peace problem, through to the pressure on its back to Israel with Palestinian negotiating to push the israeli-palestinian peace process. And for Iran has changed the bush administration's policy, taking contact and intimidation dialogue ways, through flexible measures to limit the Iran nuclear process; From Iraq, put more effort to combat Afghanistan and Pakistan rebels activities. Concentrate the power, solve America facing the most urgent question.Finally, the paper argues that although Obama's Middle East policy made a big adjustment, but the maintenance the state hegemony strategy is always the same.The paper analysis the background,means and content of obama Middle East Policy, try to reveal the U.S. strategic intent of the overall national strategy perspective , Middle East, China has formulated policies attempt to handle relations with the United States, safeguarding China's national interests Provide perspective.The paper attempt to provide a perspective for China draft Middle East Policy,deal with the relationship of America,and protect national interests.
