The national political and economic policy changes often lead to anti-monopoly law enforcement attitudes change, whose most direct reflection is often the definition of the relevant market. Definition of the relevant market is an important system on the anti-monopoly law, which is the basic for the other systems of the anti-monopoly law, and particularly important for the practices of the anti-monopoly law. Past three years, the legal system and practices in the field of anti-monopoly have achieved great development. However, we have to face that the development of anti-monopoly law in China is far from perfect, especially in the technical aspects such as defining the relevant market, remaining particularly strong need for more research.The first part of the article is the general principles of defining the relevant market. In this part, I discuss the basic concepts and principles of the relevant market in detail, including four aspects:the meaning of the relevant market, the principle of defining the relevant market, the value of defining the relevant market and the national basic norms of defining the relevant market.PartⅡis defining the relevant market. In terms of the three-dimensional view of the market, this contains the following three aspects property market, space to market and time to market, so I study and sort out other countries'advanced experience of defining the relevant market from three aspects with the relevant product market, relevant geographic market and time to market related to.Part III is the status of the relevant market definition in China. Combining with China's existing legal provisions such as《Anti-monopoly》and《Guidance)), I have analyzed the status of defining the relevant market and practice now in China. Meanwhile, the status quo in practice I will divide the history of defining the relevant market in China into three stages, and select a typical case in each stage to analyze.Part IV is the lack of defining the relevant market and the recommendations to it. First I proposed that definition of relevant market in China is still shortcomings, and then targeted a number of constructive proposals.
