"Feishan barbarians" is a regional area inhabited by ethnic minorities. It emerged during the time of late Tang and Five Dynasties, and its political model is an individual-centered leadership system. It lies in Hunan to the west, Chongqing to the south, Guangxi to the north and Guizhou to the east. There are Miao, Tong, Yao, Zhuang minorities and others living there for a long time. It is the best choice for living to the ethnic minorities down the ages. The area was occupied by the leader of Miao and Tong minorities Yang Zaisi. The ethnic minorities based on their geographical conditions integrated their long habits with other minorities', gradually forming their own characteristic habits of life.
