Research On The Informer Of Criminal Investigation

In the new era of 21st century, with the development of the society,the popularization of science and technology, and stimulation of demand for drugs, drug crime spread more rapidly, so drug prohibition and anti-drug campaign became the major task in some places. Because of the secrecy and singleness of drug crimes, investigation of drug-related crimes face great challenges, criminal investigation will emerge as required. Undoubtedly, the informer of criminal investigation has its legitimacy and rationality, however lying it into background of legalization, there are still larger flaw, which needs to be improved.This dissertation mainly comprises four parts. In part one, it looks relevant connotation of the informer of criminal investigation, including concept and the related concept, the classification o and the value. In part two, as the sample of some legitimated countries and states of Anglo-American law, and means of comparative law, this paper analyzes some real plights when the informer of criminal investigation in all cases. In the part three, it estimates the informer of criminal investigation in practice,making use of limited information,certainly uncovers many problems. Finally, based on the research results and success experience of countries ruled by law, the paper gives some ideas about how to set up our Country's systems of the informer of criminal investigation.
