If the various supervision mechanisms do not work well currently, they need to set up a previous supervision mechanism, which is not the same as usual supervision mechanism. Property declaration system is a very effective supervision mechanism to prevent corruption, it is the previously preventive measure, and their effectiveness has been proved well in other countries around the world. Therefore, in theory, the basic research on theory of property declaration system, learn much experience of the property declaration system of other countries, and study how to build official property declaration system with Chinese characteristics, are of great significance; In practice, it not only can enrich our system of administrative supervision, be flexible in the system, be suitable in ways and means to operate, and from the far-reaching sense, it is a golden rule for constructing efficiency, self-honesty government, and even can eliminate social injustice, contribute to building a harmonious society in China.
