Chinese Officials Property Declaration System Of Feasibility Study

Declaration system of the official properties is recognized as one which can strengthen the power that effectively regulate the administrative behavior around the world, and it is the basic system for the prevention of official corruption, at the same time, this system has taken place in more than100countries in the world, and its effect is confirmed by the practice of those countries.But in China,it is a pity that the the system has not been fully effectively established.This paper aimed at studying the property declaration system,and it was based on the background of China.It reviewed the course of development of the system at home and abroad, and sumed up the conditions for the establishment of declaration system. The declaration system was analyzed to investigate whether the conditions to establish such a system have been already in China.It summarized the experience of other countries or regions, and made some analysis and thinkings on how to build suitable declaration system in China.The entire paper has embraced five parts.And the first part is the introduction, and the introduction is on the background of the study and the significance, major developments at home and abroad,and research methods. The second part provides an overview of the property declaration system of the foreign officials. And it sums up the conditions of the system implementation.The third part introduces the implementation of the official property declaration system in China.It introduces the need for the establishment of official property declaration system and feasible conditions in China. The fourth part is the response of the first two parts, it wants to know whether our country has the conditions.And if we do not have,we want to know his specific constraints.The fifth part is based on design and related measures of this system. Part Ⅵ is the conclusion.
