.110 The Response Alarm Disputes Diversified Mediation Mechanism

With our reform and opening up of the social, disputes also increasingly become varied and complex. Since the 21st century, the development of the economic globalization and informatization made the structure of social interests change. Traditional dispute resolutions has not met the needs of development. In our country, there are two settlements of disputes resolution. One is Litigation mediation, the other is non-Litigation mediation. And at present, most people would choose the way of Litigation mediation to resolve disputes which made the mechanism of the litigation mediation face tremendous pressure.There are two reasons of the situation. The first is that the internal operation has some problems, the second is that it is lack of necessarily connecting with the external. I find that nowadays, the functions of the 110 emergency call have become increasingly perfect and its daily work in this dispute can link with the mechanism of diversification-dispute mediation. At present, many areas carried out relevant aspects of exploration and scored some achievements.In this paper, I analyzed the probability of the connecting of the 110 emergency and the mechanism of diversification-dispute mediation. And say some experience of ADR, then let it compare with the connecting mechanism to sum up experience and weaknesses. At last, I put forward some suggestions and ideas to promote further development of the dispute settlement mechanism.
