Study Of Charitable Organizations To Participate In The Building Of A New Socialist Countryside

This paper studies the China charitable organizations responsibility in the construction of new socialist countryside. As an important factor, China charitable organizations have played a huge role in socialist new rural construction. But in the process, there still some problems, such as the limitations of participation, the lack of continuity and influence, used by illegal organizations. Many reasons contribute to this situation.For example,the absence of governmental responsibilities(the construction of rural charity culture is imperfect; the legal system is imperfect; the preferential tax policy is undeveloped). Defects of China charity organizations (the supervision mechanism and talent mechanism are imperfect; lack of scientific capital operation system), China's rural special environment (acquaintances, closed environment, unadvanced system and imperfect charity network,.). Finally, according to these problems, this paper proposed measures to promote charitable organizations to participate in the new rural construction.
