Study On The Problem And Countermeasures Of The Third Party Evaluation Of Charitable Organizations

In recent years,under the influence of a number of signs of negative events,China' s charity cause to be pushed to the cusp of public opinion,the development of charity once immersed in low ebb.In this case,how to deepen the supervision system of charity,to reshape the credibility of philanthropy and other issues,has become a major issue of the healthy development of China's charitable organizations.Data show that China's charitable organizations third party assessment mechanism is still in its initial stage,there are many problems need to be further explored.The healthy development of charitable organizations cannot be separated from the third party assessment.The third party evaluation is the basis of the fair and equitable evaluation of the evaluation results of the charitable organizations.Therefore,the study of the charity organization of third party evaluation problems,not only to carry out in-depth research on the status quo of the charity organization of third party evaluation,more important is the systematic study on the reason of the problems,to further enhance the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation results of the third party.This paper takes the principal-agent theory and 360 degree evaluation theory as a guide to Dongguan City Charity third party evaluation as an example,through the investigation and Study on the present condition of the development of charity organization in Dongguan City,analyzes its existing problems and causes,put forward the necessity and feasibility of the introduction of third party evaluation.Based on third survey of Dongguan in assessing the development of institutions,from stakeholders,information environment,moral environment,institutional environment four aspects to analyze the influence of Dongguan City,the third party evaluation factor,referring to the international experience of charitable organizations of the third party evaluation,the evaluation of proposed countermeasures and suggestions of independence the security system of Dongguan City Charity third party.In order to effectively protect the implementation of the policy of the party and the state to promote the development of charity,to enhance the credibility of charitable organizations,to further explore the long-term mechanism to provide a little help for the third party evaluation.
