Our Community Correction Mode Study

Community Correction and a sentence of imprisonment as a penalty corresponding to means of implementation, is the penalty of individ ualized, social, humanitarian of the specific embodiment is the state respects and safeguards human rights in the concrete implementation of the penalty area. Therefore, countries in the world on issues related to community corrections has in-depth research, many countries have formed a unique community correction mode. This paper tries to interpret the concept of community corrections model, the advanced experience of the analysis, present the aspects of the introduction of community correc tions model of the present brief discussion.Paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, an overview of community corrections model.
