The Economic Laws History And Review

The adjustment object of Economic Law, is the most controversial issue in our study of the legal department, and has not yet recognized a consensus conclusion. This topic is also the basic research area within the scope of the Economic Law system. Based on the academic research of the adjustment object of Economic Law for three decades, the author focus on four basic relations-the macroscopic regulation relation; the business management relations; the market management relations,the social distribution relation. the author card and analyse the various representative views about the four basic relations in history. Concluded on this basis, the author find two developing regularity of adjustment object of Economic Law:the planned economy to a market factor changes in economic factors; the logical starting point of the adjustment object of Economic Law changed from the State to market.In addition to the introduction and concluding remarks, this paper can be deviled into two partsFirstly,the author card and analyse the various representative views about the four basic relations in history.Secondly, the author analyse the development trend and divide the history of the adjustment object of Economic Law to four periods, discourse the reason of the development and obtain a result about the development trends.
