After Chinese economic reform, some farmers left field, to the relatively developed coastal areas of economic and began weaving their "gold dream". Their behavior brought people to leave the land. Migrant workers just like trickle slowly merged into the massive flood, building the city, changing the rural areas, while also subtly changing themselves. They came to the city, and who could not be fully integrated into the city; they return home, but also could not integrate into the home. The differences between urban culture and Local cultural make them dilemma. They also do not know the identity of their position. Their senses of homeland and identity are confusion and uncertainty, which drew the attention from government, academic and community. People began to reflect what the migrant workers pay behind the tough, how to help them to build awareness of their homes in the new environment, so that they no longer have the passing psychology. In recent years, the issue of migrant workers into the city was concerned by the Government and the community. A flew of cities canceled the household registration system, but also the city accept the migrant workers as the new citizens.First of all, the integration of migrant workers into the city should need economic integration, namely should have a suitable job in the city, which is the basic. Second, migrant workers left to the city, and they had the demand of communication with others. The breadth and depth of Migrant workers participate in social life affected they understanding of the city, but also affected its own position. The adaptation of psychological and cultural aspects of migrant workers is "last line of defense" for them. Conflict and convergence of culture is a subtle and continuous process. Changed those outside the threshold, the migrant workers identify with the urban culture which is the key influenced they integrate into the city.The city feels like people, urban culture also like people, with their own personality and characteristics. The city is filled with historical precipitation, but also earthly shaping. Mass communication is not only the vehicle of the urban culture, but also shape the urban culture, while in the framework of the urban culture. The interaction between mass communication and urban culture affects awareness and recognition of migrant workers to the urban culture.While, mass communication penetrates into people's lives pervasive, migrant workers are no exception. And migrant workers left the local land and the past interpersonal communication circle, the feeling of unfamiliar with the new environment, and the narrow circle of communication, causing they realize the outside world through mass media. People awareness the city through mass media, but because of individual differences, such as occupation, education level, income, mass media exposure, etc., the impact of mass media will also have differences. The use of mass media is one important indicator of modernization. Mass media constructs the cognition of migrant workers to urban culture. Meanwhile, Mass media dispels the migrant workers'local culture. These all affect migrant workers identify with urban culture.Therefore, through the perspective of communication and cultural psychology researches the influences of mass communication to migrant workers identity with urban culture, to promote the integration of migrant workers to the city with a guide and the value of exploring.
