Analysis Of The Culture Power And Culture Identity Dilemma In China's Peaceful Rise

The meaning of international politics has been changed result from the drastically changing of the international situations after ending of the Cold War, one of the important representations is that the effect of culture factor has became more and more standing, has been became the guideline of weighting a country's position and influence in the world.Since China's Reform and Opening Up, as the high speed growth of the economy and military forces, and take part in more and more international intercourse, the development of China has been misunderstood ,misinterpreted and even been feared of the outside world. China threat theory, China collapse theory and China responsibility theory etc. has been widely reported and speculated recently years. This is primarily caused by the difference of culture between China and other countries especially the western countries. Culture identity dilemma has become the very obstacle in the road of China's peaceful rise.After the Sixteenth National Congress, China continues to promote economic growth, at the same time, promote the concept of innovation, and accelerate theory and system construction, strengthen cultural industrialization, but soft power construction still lags significantly hard power situation has not been changed, and the week of cultural power construction in China has become a key restrict variables in the development of China.Now China is under great pressure and challenge from western countries in the field of social system, ideology, culture and diplomacy. Hence, China must take effectual measures to cope with this problem.
