WTO is a double-edged sword, Although Chinese accession to WTO made a bigdevelopment for domestic enterprises, it still caused tremendous economic losses because ofthe intellectual property rights disputes. However, we can grapple with this opportunity tomaking the crisis into a favorable turn. Strengthened the protection of intellectual property.Making use of those stress from WTO and the developed countries to improve the existinginfringements of intellectual property, pirated and counterfeit flood situation. The history ofour intellectual property rights is far behind the developed countries, but after nearly thirtyyears of efforts, the development of our intellectual property systems had been caught up withthe developed countries. Chinese enterprises must be making great efforts and cost more intothe protection of intellectual property rights if they really want to enter the internationalmarket. The modern competition works on intellectual property rights, Chinese enterprisesoverseas must awake to realize the importance of intellectual property protection.This article analyse the overseas intellectual property rights' disputes of the domesticenterprises. In order to form and maintain the business status of our key sectors, it isnecessary to attach importance to protection work of intellectual property rights overseas.Because of the domestic condition was ripe, Chinese enterprises also should seek overseasprotection of intellectual property rights. According to the intellectual property strategy whichwas used by those developed countries and transnational companies in China, Chineseenterprises should make a protection plan on the basis of reviewing themselves. To begin withenhancing the protection consciousness, Chinese enterprises should pay more attention ontraining and strengthening the management of internal enterprises. In particular to theprotection of patents, trademarks, copyrights and realm name. At last, to built an overseasprotection system of intellectual property which is fitted our business development.
