On The Role Of The Network Supervision Of Public Opinion In Promoting Social Justice

The lack of social justice is a very prominent problem at this stage of China, and it is one of the major problems that the Party and the government attach great importance and make efforts to solve in current. Therefore, the integrated use of various means and concentrate all forces in society work together to promote social justice, is an urgent task at this stage. The rise of the network supervision of public opinion accompany with the rapid development of Internet technology, has created new opportunities to solve the problem of the lack of justice in our society. A large number of cases of the network supervision of public opinion in recent years demonstrate the remarkable effectiveness of the promotion of social justice and great potential of the network supervision of public opinion. Now face the intensified trend of the network supervision of public opinion, how to standardize and guide the network supervision of public opinion and how to use it effectively, is worthy of study.In this paper, the role of the network supervision of public opinion in promoting social justice is taken as the research object.Through the analysis of some cases of the network supervision of public opinion, the author tries to reveal the realistic basis, the internal mechanism and the specific effect of the network supervision of public opinion in promoting social justice, and analyzes the existing problems, and then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to provide reference for making the network supervision of public opinion play a better role in promoting social justice. This paper mainly include four parts in the specific contents: first, the definitions of related concepts, such as"the network supervision of public opinion"and"social justice"; second, the article analyzes the reasons of promoting social justice by the network supervision of public opinion respectively from the aspects of technology, social and political; third, discusses the present situation of promoting social justice by the network supervision of public opinion, and the contents include the process of realization, the effects achieved and the restricting factors of promoting social justice by the network supervision of public opinion; at last, in allusion to the restricting factors the network supervision of public opinion faces in the process of promoting social justice, solutions are put forward.
