Employment registration is the labor departments of the publicemployment service agencies for the majority of organs, enterprises andvarious social groups of workers recruit, retired workers and other specialevents. In the future,employment registration system will be how to improve?With the above problems, the author would like to through thispaper briefly from the administrative law theory and practice two respectsdiscuss research, combine interpretation demonstration employmentregistration properties, analyzing the current public employment serviceagencies in the employment registration may exist in some illegal, notstandard phenomenon, and explores some of the issues in order to at theinstitutional level continued to advance and perfect, make the societyfrom all walks of life to a public employment service agency employmentregistration system with new and more comprehensive understanding,improve the community for employment registration of the awarenessand attention, better from law to regulate employment registration act, so as to enhance the public employment service institution employmentregistration act administrative efficiency.In this paper, the author mainly from the three chapter to analyze theemployment registration system. The first chapter discusses the employment registration of thelegal nature and its concept, nature, effect, characteristic and so on; thesecond chapter by selecting16provinces, autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government employmentregistration system to carry on the analysis comparison, analysis of thecurrent employment registration system exists to discuss some of thelegal issues and the abuse of the system; the last, is the author on theemployment registration system will be how to further standardize andimprove the proposed some thoughts and suggestions.
