On The Study On Agricultural Cooperation Movement In Hei Long Jiangi Province

The agricultural cooperative movement leaded by the Chinese CommunistParty in the early days of the People's Republic of China is a significant practice oflarge-scale reformation of rural social and economy systems. It is also a practiceand development of Marxism Theory in China. Through this cooperativemovement,the Chinese Communist Party successfully completed the transition ofrural economy from peasant individual ownership into socialistic collectiveownership.Heilongjiang province is liberated early in China and it is also an area whereagricultural cooperative movement is successfully carried out. With the documentsof the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the real situations of theprovince,Heilongjiang provincial committee immediately carried out theagricultural cooperation. Fully understanding and objectively analyzing theexperience and lessons of this cooperative movement is not only beneficial toemancipating the mind,seeking the truth from facts,but also better explores theway to develop socialistic agriculture specialized by Chinese characteristics. It isof great practical significance for improving the rural household contractresponsibility system,exploring the development of new cooperative economy andsolving the current'three rural issues'.In this thesis,Heilongjiang agricultural cooperative movement is studied andthis study consists of the following three parts. The first part describes the historicalbackground of Heilongjiang agricultural cooperative movement. Based on theobjective understanding of the times when the agricultural cooperative movementhappened,this thesis explains why Chinese Communist Party led the people to theroad of agricultural cooperation after the foundation of new China. The second partelucidates the developmental process of Heilongjiang agricultural cooperativemovement. The historical scenes of this movement are described in term of thefollowing three steps: mutual-aid team,primary and advanced agriculturalcooperative. The third part discusses characteristics and historical achievements ofHeilongjiang agricultural cooperative movement. Deflects and faults of thismovement are also objectively and fairly assessed.
