Research On The Rural Land Contract Disputes Arbitration System Of China

As we know, the rural land issue is a very complex social issue, because of internal and external factors. It is easy to form rural land disputes and is difficult to resolve. It has different forms in different periods. The current dispute is the most prominent agricultural land dispute. The agricultural land dispute has complex causes, which have profound social roots. The reasons depend on the concept level, the system and operational level. It contains not only direct financial conflict of interest, but also a system of deep-level conflict. Diversification of agricultural land shows the characteristics of disputes. If grasping the characteristics of the rural land contract disputes, it is useful of improving the favorable arbitration. Arbitration of rural land contract system is a little bit and disadvantages.Firstly, it introduces the rural land contracting of a theoretical analysis, which involves its concept , the legal property,the causes ,the types and characteristics; Secondly, on the basis of the previous section, it defines the rural land contracting dispute arbitration system, then It compares the differences between the rural land contract disputes arbitration and other arbitration systems, the benefits and basic principles of it. Thirdly, it continues discussing the rural land contracting system of arbitration and analyzing the current situations. Finally, it summarizes the recommendations, which can improve it. In short, hope this paper can perfect the existing rural land contracting system of arbitration disputes and as a reference for it.
