The China-EU"10+10"mutual recognition of geographical indications Provide opportunities to get developed for China geographical indications and it's worth considering in the developing of geographical indications. This thesis is on the view of China-EU mutual recognition of geographical indications to research how to perfecting the legal system of geographical indications to promote the development of mutual recognition of geographical indications.The first part of this article mainly introduces the History of Development of China-EU mutual recognition of geographical indications. It's a long time from China- France bilateral agreements of geographical indications and China-Italy bilateral agreements of geographical indications, and then it was the beginning of China-EU mutual recognition of geographical indications. It was a Huge project.The second part of the article mainly introduces the legal analysis of the China-EU mutual recognition of geographical indications. The mutual recognition was advanced within the framework of TRIPS. so, in this part I introduce the legal provision about geographical indications in TRIPS, China law about law and EU law about geographical indications. Then, the article analyzes each registered geographical indications how to get protected within the jurisdiction of the other according to the agreements.The third part of the article analyzes the influence of economic globalization on geographical indications and the necessity and feasibility for China to develop mutual recognition of geographical indications with other countries within the framework of TRIPS.The fourth part of the article analyzes the imperfect law of china, for example, the uniform of authorities, the uniform of legal basis and Conflict of rights in the process of mutual recognition of geographical indications. On the ground of advancement of mutual recognition of geographical indications and different protection mode of each country, choose Dual Track protection mode to advance the development of mutual recognition of geographical indications, and then complete some provisions of the geographical indications.
