By analyzing the results of air defense operations in the recent local wars, it is concluded that the air defense system made up of AGM(Antiaircraft Gun and Missile) is capable of an increased combat effectiveness of the system, however, to solve the problem of target assignment effectively is the key point in this operational pattern. At present, it is comparatively mature about how to deal with target assignment of one-type weapon, nevertheless it's a common situation that multiple types of weapon are used together in modern air defense combats. Apparently, solving the problem of multi-target assignment by cooperating various types of weapon is indispensable.This thesis briefly summarizes the development about close-in integrated defense weapon system of AGM,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of developing this system. In order to eliminate the deficiencies of threat assessment within existing methods, the attributes that affect target threat assessment are analyzed based on the feature of modern air defense combat and the operational process of C4ISR system, and a new method named uncertain multi-attribute decision making based technology of threat assessment is proposed. The attribute system of the threat assessment is established, then the effect of target maneuver and commander's subjective evaluation to threat degree are discussed, and a method of deriving attribute's optimal weights is presented. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method, an application case is given, which shows that the result of this evaluation technology is correct with the error decreasing efficiently.Aimed at the target assignment of the fire command for air defense group (ADG) made up of AGM, this thesis analyses the various operational characteristic of the shooting between antiaircraft gun and missile, and the target distribution method is given. As following, an optimization mathematical model is presented, based on which a genetic algorithm (GA) is adopted to solve the model. The result indicated that the modified GM provides a new way to solve the target distribution for ADG made up of AGM with high effectiveness of convergence and accuracy of target assignment.
