With the widely application of Computer Generated Forces(CGF)in combat simulation system,the CGF operation modeling technique has been being more and more significant,for accurate operation model has great impact on the result of simulation.During the combat,the problem of Weapon Target Assignment(WTA),which use the real-time battle field condition as input and special combating regulation as constraint,is one of the necessary decision behaviors of commander.Therefore,CGF of WTA model is supposed to be a significant part of CGF decision behavior model in combat simulation system.Effectively modeling WTA would help to improve the intelligence and facticity of operation model,as well as the effectiveness and credibility of simulation result.This paper uses the element combat of army as background to study element CGF of WTA decision behavior modeling and optimizing solution problem,including elements extraction and modeling based on the features of unit combat of army,and algorithm improvement oriented to high-real-time and high-reliability applying needs.The paper firstly introduce the background,meaning and application prospect of the problem studied.Based on fully grasping of current situation of international and domestic study,the paper targeted raises the main content of its study and introduces the structure.The first main problem is army element elements extraction and building WTA model.Unit is the basic tactic element of army in combating,targeting to its combating features,through searching for data and consulting experts,the paper simplifies and extracts the elements of army element combat,including enemy's situation,our army's situation,landform of battle field and climate and so on.And then analyze the impact of those elements on model.Based on elements extraction,the paper targeted improves the basic WTA model according to the features of army element combat,and build the WTA conception model and mathematical model based on army unit.Since WTA problem essentially is a multiple-input and multiple-constraint target optimizing problem,the paper will use the maximum preservation of our army's resource and the maximum damage on the enemy's army as target function to build WTA optimizing model.The second main problem is studying the WTA solution algorithm,given that the WTA is a non-differentiable and non-linear problem with constraints,this paper employs generic algorithm(GA)to solve it which is able to address complicated optimization problems.Because of the low solving effectiveness caused by blindness of selection and slowly convergence,and partial optimizing caused by lack of population diversity during solving process of traditional genetic algorithm,the paper introduces 1V1 population competition system and differential mutation system and particle swarm optimization refreshing regulation,thus raises the army element CGF of WTA problem solution algorithm based on genetic algorithm.In order to prove the feasibility of WTA model and algorithm,the paper designs a full-elements army element combat scenario and build simple test scene,describing WTA problem based on army element combat in the designed combating environment and gain relevant parameters,then uses the improved genetic algorithm raised in the paper to solve the problem.Based on analyze of the result,the paper proves the feasibility and effectiveness of WTA model and algorithm.Finally,the paper concludes the study works and discusses the direction of study and problems that need to be focused in the future.
