The Research Of Social Management And Creation For County-level Cities

In2011,our center government developed class of socialmanagement and creation for the leaders of provincial level. Our generalsecretory-Mr Jingtao Hu deliveried speech in the opening ceremony, heasked to build a socialism management system with unique Chinese style.With the present worldwide situation background, we carry out theresearch of social management and creative service integrating the actualsituation of Pinghu city, we propose the way of strengthening the socialmanagement and creation, which is good for the society harmoness, solvethe problem to make the society to be stable. Safeguard the citizens'rights and to propel the economy development to reach to a new level. Allthis is the objective of my research.In the introduction chapter of this research, it had stated the model of the social management under the new situation. In order to propel thesociety to be harmony, the government and non-government organizationto organize, coordinate, service, supervise and control every area of sociallife, each link of social development.Second, based on the analysis of the domestic typical case of socialmanagement, insufficient and interpret the situation of socialmanagement faced by Pinghu, and put forward the outstanding publicservice, accelerate the construction of social undertakings, outstandingresource conformity, strengthen the comprehensive management of socialsecurity, prominent infrastructure, accelerate the construction ofcommunity associations and social workers, outstanding fairness,constantly improve the social management mechanism, throughstrengthening the organization and leadership, strengthen the financialsupport, improve policy system, perfect the evaluation and othermeasures to promote the innovation of social management.The text is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is theintroduction, Mainly about strengthening and innovating the researchsignificance of social management, research status, ideas and methods,innovation and deficiency； the second chapter describes the socialmanagement theory；The third chapter is the social management presentsituation and the insufficiency of Pinghu city; the fourth chapter isanalysis the situation about strengthen the innovation of social management of Pinghu; the fifth chapter is strengthen the innovation ofsocial management principles, basic requirements and main target ofPinghu; the sixth chapter is taking the suggestions and measures aboutthe Social management of Pinghu City;the seventh chapter is theconclusion, summarized this study, and the research for further prospect.
