The Key Factors Analysis Of The Cooperative R&D Based Knowledge Creation Management

Knowledge has been the main source of the enterprise core competition and the most valuable asset, knowledge creation has become an important approach to win the core competition. Based on the analysis of knowledge creation mechanism and the characteristic of the cooperative R&D, the concept model about the cooperative R&D based knowledge creation (C-R&D-B-KC) was brought out, the key factors about the knowledge creation and the performance of cooperative R&D were concluded and analyzed. After investigation, through statistic and imitation, the connection between the key factors about the knowledge creation and the performance of cooperative R&D was studied. Advice was formulated on the C-R&D-B-KC management. The present dissertation was intended to be creative in the following respects:Firstly, based on the classification of the tacit and explicit knowledge, the inside knowledge and outside knowledge, the importance of the cooperative R&D and the mechanism of the C-R&D-B-KC were analyzed. According to the analysis of the mechanism of the knowledge creation from the four different dimensions, the importance of the tacit knowledge and the main problem of the tacit knowledge exploration were concluded, which perfected and advanced the research.Secondly, the process of the tacit and explicit knowledge in the cooperative R&D program was analyzed in detail. The communication of the inside knowledge, especially the tacit knowledge and the process of identification, obtain, absorb and creation were brought into the model and studied.Thirdly, the key factors about C-R&D-B-KC were abstracted. Through the investigation and some communication, the 9 hypotheses were tested and some results were drawn and analyzed. After the multinomial regression analysis, thecorrelation of the 4 factors affected the performance of the cooperative R&D and the 6 factors affected the knowledge creation were resolved. The three key factors about the capability of the enterprise R&D were also studied. According to the characteristic of the cooperative R&D and the knowledge employees, the strategy and advices about the knowledge creation were advanced.
