Study On Countermeasures For Promoting The Informatization Of Enterprise In Pinghu City

This article is Based on the background of" National Informatization Planning of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",under the new situation of innovation-driven,transformation and development and acceleration of smart city construction proposed by the state in recent years,Information construction and application of information technology have become the key of enterprises in the market competition environment.There are also great differences in the degree of application information technology of enterprises in different industries.Enterprises have less input in information technology application,especially the investment in software and services is relatively low.highlight the serious shortage of talent,capital and skills,while the main body of the problem is the enterprise,but enterprises want to solve the problem need the support of the government and promotion of society,the development of the enterprise informatization is depends on local governments that supporting policy tilt in infrastructure,regulation and policy,credit environment,talent,capital,logistics system.This article is based on the investigation of the enterprise informatization level of Pinghu city by Pinghu Economy and Infromatization Bureau in 2016,the application of enterprise inforrmatization in Pinghu city at present and the problems it faces are analyzed through the investigation results.Through the study of the relevant literature and the case of domestic and foreign governments to promote enterprises informatization,actively explore the measures to be taken in pinghu city.The article is divided into four parts.Introduction,expounds the research background,significance,research ideas and methods,etc.The first chapter studies the concepts,theoretical basis and the significance of the government's support to the development of enterprise informatization.The second chapter expounds the current situation of enterprise informatization and analyzes the existing problems in Pinghu city.The third chapter enumerates the advanced experience of the United States,Japan and Kunshan city to support the enterprise informatization development and the revelation is worth learning for Pinghu government,and expounds the strategic objectives and emphases of enterprise informatization development in Pinghu city,and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for perfecting the enterprise informatization development in Pinghu city.Such as the government should play a greater role in promoting the enterprise informatization development,through various channels for enterprises to provide a comprehensive range of fnancial support,attaches great importance to the investment promotion "intelligence" and perfecting the talents cultivation system,strengthen the infrastructure and improve the enterprise information service system,establish and improve the information security,assessment and supervision mechanism.
