History Of Party's Construction In The University Of AnHui (1949-1966)

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, universities begin to cultivate talents of construction, rather than cultivating revolutionary cadres. It not only embodies the CPC's tenet of "serving the people", also reflects the objective requirement under the new situation of national construction. But soon after that, under the guidance of the Left-leaning thought, the party's construction is being incorporated into the orbit of "take the class struggle as the guiding thinking, until the "cultural revolution" in 1966.This paper divides the history of Party's Construction in the university in AnHui in 1949-1966 into four historical stages, they are 1949-153,1953-1957, 1957-1961,1961-1966.With specific historical events ,each stage describes the CPC's construction of organization, ideological, work style and so on. The first stage talks about the CPC how to carry out the party's construction in universities with different conditions. The second stage talk about The party's construction is how to serve the first five-year plan on economic construction .The third stage talk about the characteristics ,achievements, and the problems of the CPC's construction during the great leap forward. The last stage talks about under the guidance of Left- lean, how the CPC's construction lead universities to the "cultural revolution".Through generalize this history, there have several historical enlightenments. First, the party's construction in universities must establish correct foundation goals. Second, the party's construction in universities must adhere to the ideological construction .Third, must insist taking the construction of organization as the centre. The last, strengthening the construction of party's institution.Anyhow, the party's construction in universities must base on the actual and insist on scientific development. On the one hands, promote the party's construction in the spirit of reform and innovation, on the other hand, make efforts to achieve each work institutionalized and standardized , and continuously enhance the party's leadership and governance level.
