Research On Using New Media To Innovate University Students' Party Construction

As the continuous developments of smartphones,tablets,portable devices and the Internet technologies,the trend which to use social networking and politics,governments online can not be halted,the new media effects the way of culture spreading and the construction of the society.Communist Party of China(CPC)'s advancement requests the organizations of CPC in colleges universities have to firmly grasp the discourse power in the field of new media;And as college students of advanced molecular,student party members should constantly improve their political quality,play a role of leading the demonstration in order to improve the actual effects of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.New media has the objective characteristics of spreading fast,informative,interactive,information fragmentation and etc.While from the standpoint of philosophy,it has became "a measure" to promote the historical progress of human society moving to a new page.In the era of new media,the methods of college students' party construction need to be found out in innovative changes and a specific way.The research results of some universities in Shanxi Province represents that the university student party's construction work in universal existence "student party organizations lack of energy","party member education content lack of contemporary","weak consciousness of the party members' party spirit","there exist the deviations in understanding of new media" and so on.Combining with the characteristics of new media,may safely draw the causes of these problems lies in the "old way of management is not adapted to the new media","members of party,abilities needs to get improved" and "the negative effects brought by western ideas on values" 3 perspectives.In consequence,according to the theory of inter-subjectivity,youth subculture theory,the innovation diffusion theory,agenda setting theory as the foundation,students' party construction in colleges and universities should set up global governance,inter-subjectivity and "the party" these three work ideas;To build the innovation system of work,to establish high-quality team,to develop "early adopters",increase the "agenda-setting",making scientific evaluation mechanism;Develop the "new media combine the party construction" mode of operation,scientific organization and management,scientific deep interaction and fine services.In order to realize university students' party construction adept use of new media as well as the mainstream of new media-oriented values.
