Study Of University Network Party Construction

This article is the study of party construction in universities under the Information Network environments. It’s based on the Marxist world outlook and methodology. The article analyzes some problems existing in network party construction nowadays, and also discussed the improvement plan, then put forward series of innovative solutions. It’s difficult to find related literature currently, as to this, this article is trying to explore ways to put forward the great cause, and to make it be mature.Firstly, this paper analyzes the development status quo of university network party in our country. From the development scale, all universities have completed a basic network platform of party construction, most of the platform are static, and stand by school’s official website; the main content are of ideological education; it has made certain effectiveness, and improved efficiency of party work in universities, echoed with series of important instructions made by the CPC Central Committee.But problems still existing in work, such as legal protection is not perfect, website design features are not prominent, party members don’t pay attention to it, etc. This paper analyzes some factors that bring out the problems, stressing that the main reason is people did not form a correct understanding of party construction, and point out that "Knowledge is the precursor of action, more action, just blindly social atmosphere would formed if it have no proper understanding as a guide, in other words, only we make a clear knowing and to reach a certain depth, can we do better to the university network construction. "Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the university network, they are mainly from the ideological work of party construction, legal protection, site construction, education practice and other aspects, which is the innovation part of this paper.
