On The Water Rights

Water crisis has become common attention in the world today, the water crisis has brought serious threats to human survival environment. There is hundreds of millions of people cannot drink enough water, and more than a third of the population are threated because of insufficient water rights, the water rights disputes is lead to great damage in the world. Water is indispensable substances to life, but the water is not inexhaustible, the water become more scarce because of polluted and wasted. Required the water is the indispensable rights for life, provide enough water is the duty of all countries. Countries should put the water rights on the right place , the water rights should looked as a human rights. Since such, on the one hand, will spur governments take action to intensify environmental management in order to protecting water rights. On the other hand also propagate protection consciousness of the water rights, avoid polluting or wasting water. But in circles, research the water rights lessly from the Perspective of human rights Theory. But this article is focus on the issue of water rights, on the first I state the concept of the conception of the water rights, then analysis the water right as a general rights how to produced, and justify why is the water as a human rights , and then, attach to the problew of the water rights in the world today,at the last I put forward some Suggestions to achieve the water rights in our country.
