Study On The Supervision System Of State-owned-investment Company

As China's state-owned-asset management and investment structure reform being deepened, as the state-owned-assets market manager, the state-owned-investment company became stronger and stronger during our country's market reform and has now become an important force of our social and economic development. At the same time, as the special historical stage of development and the unsound structure of state-owned-asset management, there are many problems such as the government interferes too much, inefficient investment, and so on. As the government-investment platform, restructuring platform and assets-management platform, the state-owned-investment company's importance is very obvious. So, to improve the management of state-owned-investment company and to make it develop healthily become very necessary.Looking from current development, there are still many problems such as too much government intervention, inaccurate positioning, poor efficiency, lack of supervision and so on. From the operation practice, there are many reasons such as administrative agency confused with enterprise agents and not comprehensive law.On the basis of theoretical analysis and our country's conditions, this paper puts forward four suggestions:to strengthen national supervision, to strengthen corporate management, to strengthen the market reform and to strengthen the legal construction.
