Association Of Self-government Regulations

With the progress and development of the of Chinese market economy, the guild has been playing an important role in politics, economics and social life and becomes an important intermediaries in society. The construction and development of the guild has been increasingly received the attention of researcher, who has obtain fruitful results up to now. The outcomes of the researches show that the guild is essentially autonomous organization and autonomy is the most important right in guild, which is agreed with by most of the researchers. In order to achieve the real autonomy the guilds must establish their own rules and regulations of the organization, which is the fundamental of their own existence and value. However in real life, the social and legal role of guilds is ambiguous, the regulation in the guilds is chaos and some problems have been revealed. Therefore what the regulations in the guilds should be, what the effects of the regulations, what the problems still are and what the solution for these problems become the issues that need to be discussed and solved. In this thesis, the starting point is the definition of the autonomy regulation of the guild. The concept and scope of the autonomy regulation of the guilds were discussed and the effects of the autonomy regulation of the guilds were analyzed. Then the functions of the guilds were introduced. In the end some forms of the compulsion by law of the autonomy regulation of the guilds were elaborated.
