When it is a kind of right, its ethical basis lies in that the subject has the right to decide the affairs within the scope of autonomy.Moreover, the autonomy of trade associations has also been confirmed by the constitution.As the power and the right of the two nature of the trade association autonomy, its content should include: the right to rule, the right to supervise and control, sanctions and penalties, the right to dispute resolution and prosecution.The trade association has a great effect on promoting economic development and social progress in China, but in the social practice of our country, the autonomy of trade association for the trade association itself is very important to the development of the security still have many problems: lack of legal protection,limited freedom of association founded by the administrative power, easy to abuse, lack of self construction the influence of trade association autonomy exercise,the autonomy of trade associations led to a lack of the procedure is violated no relief.Therefore, in order to improve the protection mechanism of the autonomy of trade associations in our country, the author puts forward the following measures to improve the protection mechanism of the autonomy of trade associations in Germany, Japan and the United states:We must first develop a specific trade association law, trade associations should change the legislative guiding ideology, establish the principle of protection of the rights, change the current double management system, clear the autonomy of trade associations,trade associations content establish autonomy principle,establish the trade association autonomy relief program;Second, we must fully respect the autonomy of trade associations, to help the development of trade associations, the establishment of an effective institutional mechanisms for the government to communicate, through the government to buy services to give a certain amount of financial support;Finally, trade associations should also strengthen capacity building, improve the trade association of the internal organizational structure, improve service levels, improve economic performance, improve the internal supervision of relief mechanism, the establishment of high-quality talent.
