Comparative Studies On The Socialist Concept Of Rule Of Law And The Capitalism Concept Of Rule Of Law

The concept of the concept of rule of law is that the ideals and beliefs of rule of law, is that people have firm belief and lofty ideals of value and ways of pursuing the rule of law. The capitalism concept of rule of law formed under the capitalist system is the ideals and beliefs.It contains the basic elements are:the rule of law, protect human rights, equality and justice, separation of powers and judicial independence. The socialist concept of rule of law and the capitalism concept of rule of law are the two types of the concept rule of law in the development process.They have the connections and differences, the socialist concept of rule of law inheritance and development to the capitalism concept of rule of law.In the pursuit of value, the socialist concept of rule of law and the capitalism concept of rule of law have the connections, but in concrete terms in the realization,there are qualitative differences between them.
