Comparison Of Farmland Systems Between China And Japan

On the transfer of land rights in rural areas there is a lot of debate in all aspects, in the context of civil law, mainly whether the right to freedom of circulation, which rights should be taken to transfer mode, dedicated to any other rural land management point of view of government departments.
