The problems of agriculture, countryside and peasant are overall and strategic to society and economy development of our country. The land problem is the key to solve "three agro-problems", and the core of the land problem is the problem of land system. This paper takes "Study on the problem of the marketing circulation of farmland in china" as title, and its object is to research the character, course and requirement of marketing collocation of farmland resource in economy development of agriculture and rural, namely the problem of the marketing circulation of farmland, which has an important influence on national economy and society development. This paper discusses the system and the supporting policy adapting to the marketing circulation of farmland in the hope of offering theoretical foundation and policy recommendation.This paper is divided into seven parts. Part one introduces the target, sense, method innovation of this paper; Part two explains the main contents of the relevant theory; Part three analyses the current situation, problems and reasons of farmland circulation of our country; Part four analyses simply farmers' conduct in farmland circulation; Part five discusses the principles, the forms, the necessity, and the feasibility of the marketing circulation of farmland; Part six and seven discuss the system and the supporting policy.The following contents have been shown in this paper.I . The marketing circulation of farmland is inevitable direction that the farmland system of our country changes. Since the establishment of new china, the farmland system having changed from land reform to agriculture cooperation, people's commune, reached household contract responsibility system finally. The performance of household contract responsibility system is remarkable. But as a system innovation, it is impossible for household contract responsibility to solve all problems of agriculture increase once and for all. Existing conclusion and future situation declare publicly us that it is an inevitable trend. First, it is the inborn character of perfecting rural land system and building socialist market economy system. Second, it is the positive response of the marketing allocation of rural land resource to urban land resource. Third, it is the inevitable choice of solving the deep defect of household contract responsibility system. Forth, it is the inavoidable trend of rural urbanization and rural population change.AbstractII. Weak marketization is the true reflection of the current situation of farmland circulation of our country. Farmland circulation of our country exists serious weak marketing problems, such as imblance between market supply and demand, infringing rights each other and non-norm in operation, and exerts influence on land resource allocation agriculture marketization while displays the marketing trend. The reasons that cause weak marketization are many aspects, including the obstacles of system, mechanism and external environment. So it is the objective request for developing rural economy and promoting social progress to build the mechanism of the marketing circulation of farmland, use compelled system change to standardize and develop the marketing circulation of farmland, so as to remedy the defect of existing system and balance the support-demand structure of system again.III. The marketing circulation of farmland is a social and systematic engineering. It not only determines the allocation efficency of farmland resource directly, but also exerts influence on the stability and unity of rural society indirectly. It not only contains the price of exchange, the distribution of income, etc. basic contents, but also touches farmland property right system, rural social security system etc. relevant systems. So, for realizing the marketing circulation of farmland, it not only establishes the system of the marketing circulation of farmland from property right distinction, mechanism building, and macro regulation, etc. but also perfects the supporting policy of the marketing circulation...
