Research On Injury Insurance Policy And Implementation About Peasant Worker Of China

Migrant workers are a large and complex labor groups.They made a great contribution to rural and urban development. However , many management systems and policies related to migrant workers are incompatible with urban and rural economic development. So they cannot enjoy all kinds of social security and the legitimate rights and interests are hurt. In recent years, the issue of migrant workers is paid more and more attention by the party and government. A series of policies to improve the employment environment and the legal interests protection of migrant workers have been developed. However, the problems faced by migrant workers are still very serious , especially injury problem has become another important social issue. Because effective treatment and compensation are lack, many migrant workers face significant occupational safety risks and their family life will be in trouble. This paper focuses on injury insurance policy of the migrant workers, author deeply analyzed the situation of injury insurance policy of migrant workers. In this article, author pointed out some problem in injury insurance policy of the migrant workers. Finally, author proposed the conception and specific measures of how to consummate injury insurance policy of the migrant workers. Therefore, the issue of migrant workers is found in the process of reform and development, and it will be resolved by the development approach. This is the need of society and modernization.
