Our Country's Jobbery Crime Initial Investigation System In The Human Rights Protection

In our country, as an important reach of prosecutors, investigating occupational crime is the legal supervision over national staff exercising the power.Initial investigation system plays a vital role in practice, especially in investigating occupational crime. However, there are still a few flaws, among of which the human rights of the party who is under the investigation are not effectively protected.The main reasons that cause the above problems are that legal status of the initial investigation system is under dispute, ambiguous legal status of the investigated party and criminal values are relatively backwards.This paper aims to analyze the nature of the initial investigation system, to illustrate the theoretical basis of human rights protection in this system and the basic rights of the investigated party. In the end, this thesis is to put forward some proposals for the reform and improvement of the human rights protection in the initial investigation system.
