Trade association contacts the enterprise and government as a social organization, through its natural functional advantages, it maintenances market order,protects the interests of the members of the association and promotes fair competition With inherent advantage as, trade association restricts competition risks always lurk from the beginning, and cause different degree of damage in different ways on competition. Trade association's behavior of restricting competition is contrary to the law's spirit of persuiting justice of equal. So many countries regulate the behavior of restricting competition through Anti-monopoly law. Our country first bring trade association's behavior of restricting competition into anti-monopoly law, This will inevitably protect market fair competition from the aspect of law. But the relevant provision of anti-monopoly law is still not very perfect, This paper will deal with the study of trade association from the aspect of history, function and the reason of restricting competition, Through legislative developed countries related legal regulating comparison,searching the legislative model which is suitable for China's national conditions, In hopes that it can provide some feasibility of opinions or suggestions for restricting competition laws and regulations of trade associations.
