Theft Related Issues

Along with the ratification of the eighth amendment to the Criminal Law, those acts of larceny are further defineded ,however, the conviction of larceny is not detailed according to the present law and there is a great diffrence in understanding these terms such as the definition of larceny, the conviction of using theft, the standard of accomplishment, and the protection of virtual property. This article aims to elaborate the theoretical works of larceny and its legislation of our country from the piont view of judicial practice and theories as well, probe into the weaknesses of larceny theories and judicial conviction according to those domestic and foreign related theories and practice,and quest for ways to perfcet it in order to explore the ways of determining those new crimes, perfect the legal system of larceny and seek more workable ways in the judicial practice.
