As the development of network technology,the Internet becomes more and more important in people's lives,and online games as an important section of the Internet is becoming more and more important in people's life.Players in China is constantly rising the number of users in the market has great potential and development space.In practice,there are a lot of players having the experience of online game accou nts word stolen.Someone will be more pain and some suicide because the players have the network games virtual property regarded as an indispensable part of their life.At the same time,if the behavior cannot get timely and effective contain containment and blow that will affect the healthy development of the whole network game industry.China's criminal law article 92 definition of
