The Perspective Research Of Supply Of Public Goods In Rural Areas Of Xinyu City Based On The Balancing Urban And Rural Development

Strengthening rural public goods supply is the most important way of promoting the development of rural economics, productivity and efficiency of agriculture, and accumulation of farmers' wealth; is the important means of the resolution of the urban-rural dual structure, and promoting of the urban-rural integration. Optimizing the system of rural public goods which is one important component of public goods supply system and enhancing the quantity and efficiency of rural public goods supply are meaningful to implement the balanced development of urban and rural areas. This paper starting with the definition and classification of rural public goods, introduces the recent years economic improving and plans of the city and countryside development of Xinyu. With these bases and according to statistical data, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural public goods in Xinyu, using related theory, comparative analysis, system analysis and all kinds of tools, and describes existed problems of gross inadequacy, structure imbalance and inefficiency, and analyzes the reason from government function, public finance, supply mode and all kinds of aspects of the problem, then gives the suggestions and solutions.gives the suggestions of promoting the mechanism.
