| The paper analyzes the conception and characteristics of interpersonal relationship and influence factors of internal relationship. And expounded the state of internal relationship at different stage of our country, and analyzes influence factors at different stage of internal relationship.According to the basic principles of Marxism and the principles of ideological and political education, the author put forward an ideal state of harmonious interpersonal relationship.The author analyzes the dialectical relationship underlying between ideological and political education and internal relationship, and put forward the unique value of ideological and political education to harmonious interpersonal relationship construction, that is, guidance value; transformation value; adjusting value; security value. The paper also offers some suggestions for further strengthening and improving ideological and political education base on harmonious interpersonal relationship construction. |
