The Value Of The Reality Of The Plight Of Migrant Workers In The Harmonious Orientation And Ideological And Political Education Practice

Rural workers are a kind of special identifier under the China's traditionalhousehold registration system, it means the laborers in urban areas with ruralhousehold registration status, or flowing from the countryside to the cities for theworking staff to seek for better opportunities in urban than in rural areas. However, inthe past 20 years in China, "rural workers" as a fairly "plights groups" was theproduct of awareness, which is being continually enhanced, cured and built. Thisprocess of construction can be confirmed by relevant migrating policies evolvingbetween China's urban and rural population.In the process of rural workers flowing into cities, the confliction of farmers'traditional concepts, modern urban culture and foreign cultures, has led to theirthinking and behavior difficulties. Performances are as follows: the ambivalence ofboth soil-loving and soil-separating, the contradictory of looking forward and naturalreality, the ideological difficulties between opening and closing behavior, and theturning coexist of self-conscious and self-discipline, etc. And there are some commonfeatures, such as alternative, implicit and complex. These features have directly orindirectly impact on the harmonious development of cities in China. Building asocialist harmonious urban and resolving these difficulties, also being in apeople-oriented and harmonious development perspective, we reconstruct theideological and political education for people's thinking and behavior difficulties inthe field of the important role, in addition to the overt level executive and legal means.That is the value practice and functional expansion of the contemporary ideologicaland political education. This is the basic researching framework of this paper.At present, the orientation of China's ideological and political education of ruralworkers is not clear, yet educational resources and management need integrate, themain content and the positioning of education is uncertain, yet educational approachis in exploration, evaluation and mechanism is lack. Drawing the comparison analysiswith the United States, South Korea, Japan and India, as for the ideological andpolitical education of China's migrant workers, we should adhere to improve theconstitution system, to optimize the educational environment, to locate a clearposition, to emphasis on the active participation of all forces. Therefore, this article isin accordance with a logic thinking method, which analyzes the ideological political education in digestion of the real plight of migrant workers, then accelerating theprocess of urban fitness, promoting social harmony, laying more focus on the "hard"and "soft" dual perspective to explore the environment optimization and educationalmechanism issue about the ideological political education of migrant workers. Thatt'sto say, we regard the rigid changes of policies and laws as the optimized process ofideological and political education of migrant workers. We look on the flexible valueorientation of people-oriented and harmonious development to research the main body,principles, content, methods and assessment of the ideological and political educationof migrant workers, as a process of mechanism construction.This paper follows the analysis method of Marxism, and base on the threedimensions of system, effectiveness and group, analyzing the main reasons for theplight of the rural workers. In the transition period, as two researching and comparedthinking ways, we explore the rural workers' ideological and political education, andalso enrich the theory, and practice system of the ideological political education,especially for enriching addressing practice system of our discipline on solving thesocial people's thinking and behavior plights.Meanwhile, under the general consensus of theoretical circles on "to resolve the'three rural issues' is the key to building a socialist harmonious society", we base on"flexible" of the ideological political education for the academic perspective asinterpretation framework, combine the solution of migrant workers' real plights withconstructing a socialist harmonious city.
