Ideological and political education being the open sesame of the mass work for our party always plays an important role in the course of revolution and construction. During the recent socialism harmonious new rural construction, Ideological and political education also can't be ignored. To try to improve the though and cognitive level of the villagers, update their thinking conceptions, improve their social sense of identity and increase their ability of society reform does not only the necessity of rural Ideological and political education, but also the basic needs of developing village economy and solving the problems of San Nong as well as the reality requirements of building socialism harmonious new village.But seeing from the working practice of the recent domestic village, Ideological and political education in villages still has some insufficiencies. The work of rural ideological and political education can not meet the requirements of recent socialism harmonious new rural construction. These problems are obviously showed as follows: The objects of rural ideological and political education are more complicated, the working level of rural Ideological and political education is low, the mechanism is not round, the team construction has fallen behind, the content is old and the method is simple and etc. We seriously analyze and research the primary cause blocking the development of Ideological and political education at present to better master the rules how to do well for villagers'ideological and political education, effectively change the positive condition of the recent rural Ideological and political education and fully play the important protecting role of village Ideological and political education for the socialism new rural construction. To make the ideological and political education in construction of new socialist harmonious countryside meet the diversified social development demands, it is necessary to realize gradual development and innovation, enrich and strengthen the work subject and realize innovation in working methods, enrich work content and expand work carriers and set up long-term effective mechanism in ideological and political education in countryside. To be adapted to the work objects transforming from the common farmers simply engaged in agricultural production to diversified farmer stratum containing self-employed businessmen, new-type farmers, migrant workers, left-behind children, old men as well as women, etc., the work pattern shall be transformed into teaching through lively activities from the simple political preaching, the working methods shall be transformed into two-way communication from knowledge-cramming education and the work target shall be transformed into promoting economic and social growth from the simple ideological and political education. To strive for realizing the harmony in subject and object of ideological and political work, content & form as well as method & carrier, it is necessary to strengthen popularization and penetrating power of ideological and political work in the countryside and exert great efforts to enhance the operability and effectiveness of the work.This paper studies the ideological and political educational problem during the implementation of the harmonious new rural construction. The whole passage is divided into four parts, the first part is set as introduction; the second part pointed out the implementation and task of the ideological and political education during the process of new rural construction; the third part analyzes and shows the existing problem during the process of new rural construction; while the fourth one focuses on illustrating the countermeasures and suggestions on the farmers'ideological and political education during the process of new rural construction.
