Human civilization enter after twenty-first Century, world situation produced the change of turn the world upside down, although peace and development has become the theme of the world, but the local war, the peace of the world there is still uncertainty. Therefore, we in the new situation, we must strengthen the national defense education in Colleges and universities. Strengthening national defense education in universities is to strengthen and improve ideological and political education, the implementation of quality education important content, is related to the Shaping College Students' sound personality, moral training, physical and mental quality of the comprehensive development of the event, but also related to China's modernization of national defence, national long period of stability, peace and development event.This article focuses on China's national defense education in Colleges and universities teacher professional special regularity, combining our college teachers training of the common law, to address China's national defense education in Colleges and universities teachers specialization specific problems. Study on China's national defense education in Colleges and universities teachers have made theoretical analysis, in the analysis of China's national defense education in Colleges and Universities Teachers' specialization on the basis of the status quo, the second part is for China's national defense education in Colleges and Universities Teachers' professional raises seven questions: 1 National defense education in Colleges and Universities Teachers' specialization lack of unified basis; 2 defense education of teachers and the lack of overall quality is not high; 3 universities and teachers of national defense education in understanding are insufficient; 4 university defense education related up institution is not perfect; 5 national defense education relevant professional institution is not perfect; 6 national defense education teachers structure is irrational; 7 national teacher occupation qualification admittance standard is too low. On the basis of the analysis, in the third part of this chapter, the function to be studied and solved problem is to promote China's national defense college teachers specialization specific countermeasures.This paper uses literature research method, elaborated the university defense education teachers' specialization of meaning and significance, and focuses on the analysis of China's national defense education in Colleges and universities the problems of teachers' specialization and coping strategies, in order to solve through the national defense education teacher 's professional development to promote the national defense education in Colleges and Universities Teachers' development and improvement, promote me the healthy development of the national defense education in Colleges and universities.
