The Theoretical Study Of Influence Bribery

Influence of bribes against the wrongful act people who are around the national staff with the enactment of the provisions,however the legislative reason is not clear. This paper will contain three parts to introduce the use of taking bribes influence elaborate the theoretical basis in the following:The first part discusses the impact of domestic and foreign scholars on the use of bribery in the research situation, leads to the bribery problem that the subject of Influence of bribes is defined as taking bribes in the case of lacking of Identity and status.The second part will analyze on the type of principle in order to solve this theoretical problem. Specifically we will elaborate the system of bribery in the fact and the type of method to achieve establishing the type series.The third part focuses on the type of system for accepting bribes. Taking bribes from the typical and atypical aspects of taking bribes, we will analysis and comparison of the difference in order to impact on the use of the theory of bribery.In short, this article will use the type method to discuss the influence of bribes by the theoretical basis.
