Judicial Credibility Issues In Contemporary China Studies

The credibility of justice is a necessary requirement for building a socialist country ruled of law. That must not only have a complete legal system, but also the belief that people loyal to the law, if the judiciary does not have credibility, you not only can not meet its rule of law should have the functions, and it can not establish the authority of the primacy of law. Modern China is an urgent need to establish universal public belief in the law to safeguard and protect the judiciary's credibility.
