The credibility of justice is a necessary requirement for building a socialist country ruled of law. That must not only have a complete legal system, but also the belief that people loyal to the law, if the judiciary does not have credibility, you not only can not meet its rule of law should have the functions, and it can not establish the authority of the primacy of law. Modern China is an urgent need to establish universal public belief in the law to safeguard and protect the judiciary's credibility. This article is divided into five chapters, respectively, from the basic meaning of judicial credibility, character, significance; base and generate conditions; the basic elements of departure, profound analysis of the modern judicial status and the reasons for lack of credibility, and made specific on the establishment and protection of the credibility of the measures and approaches.
