Research On Problems Of The Communication About Internal Management Of Dalian's Democratic Parties

Having been regarded more and more in China, the democratic parties, as political participating parties, are performing under the public's supervision. Thus, strengthening the construction, developing the publicity, and setting good examples have become the primary missions of these parties nowadays. So that the democratic parties are urgent to study advanced managerial experiences aiming at communication improvement to create another compelling development.This thesis introduces the development of the management communication theory and the significance of building its mechanism within the democratic parties, and examines the interior communication problems and the factors influencing the effectiveness. According to the analyses and the characteristics of the Dalian's democratic parties, the study gives suggestions of building management communication mechanism and solutions of making communication effective.The study includes:1. Introduction to the significance of the management communication in the organization and a proposal of extending the application of the management communication rather than limiting it within enterprises and public departments.2. Analyses of the problems of the interior management within the Dalian's democratic parties and the influence factors.3. A proposal of building the management communication mechanism within the Dalian's democratic parties and directions of improving the current communication situation, i.e. the construction of the institutional framework, the communication atmosphere, the skills, and the communication channels etc. Use of various methodologies such as survey method, data studies, and case studies to make this thesis reasonable and convincingThe conclusion could be the instruction of how the Dalian's parties'leaders deal with the management communication work and how to enhance the effectiveness of communication, as well as a pragmatic way to construct the management communication mechanism for the Dalian's democratic parties.
