Court reform has been the focus of attention by the society. Through introducing the role theory, we can from a relatively novel Angle to observe the process of modernization and reform the court. Court as the court reform changing role in China's current socialization reflected, the whole process of judicial reform of the controversial a link. Theoretical and practical circles in the direction of the changing role for court with specific measures provided abundant advice and full of practice. But as the modern legal society, the role of the court is indispensable in its role in the process of change or reform, faced with leading subject vacancy, court role positioning chaos, role changing the lack of systematic, theory and practice become disjointed and reforming the lack of legitimacy, etc. In clear court role orientation and the changing role of social value orientation this two premise conditions, we change leadership role by setting up the related subject, the legislative activities, coordinate system and the court system, the relations between local reform pilot and fully mobilize all social forces to support the court reform, and other ways to ensure that the court is most suitable for the modern rule of character toward the direction of social transformation.
