With the economic prosperity, people trading idea of change, the increasing number of advertising reward, brings a series of legal issues appear. These issues received extensive attention of the law, and triggered a theoretical long-term controversy. Differences in theoretical circles mainly are the legal nature of Reward. The long-term disputes between Individual behavior doctrines and contract doctrines result in our current law provisions on advertisement offering a reward in broad terms, and default the maneuverability. "Property Law" and "Supreme People's Court on the application of <PRC Contract Law> Interpretation of Several Issues (b) "is also only recognized the legitimacy of Reward. This undoubtedly has brought problems on the judicial practice about this issue.
